PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT
The Enviro-Star reactor sewage purification unit consists of a compact designed Bio Sorption Reactor with a moving bed of biomass carries and a clarifier.
Each reactor is equipped with three metal skid one contain influent feed pump, other contains filter back wash pump and the last contains: control panel, an air compressors, filter feed pump, sand filter, carbon filter, chlorine dosing pump and chlorine tank.
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Sewage treatment plant by contact aeration activated sludge compact reactor system consists of stabilization tank, reactor, clarifier, tertiary treatment and plant room.
The contact stabilization process economizes the volume required for treatment. The influent is introduced into a small reactor or contact tank that also receives biomass in a starved condition. Soluble substrate is readily adsorbed and absorbed by the starved biomass. The mixed liquor leaving the contact reactor is settled and the biomass is concentrated. The biomass is then sent to an aeration basin where it resides for a much longer time and metabolism and stabilization of the captured substrate occurs.
